How I Started:
In grade 9 I was pretty toned, but I weighed nothing at all, probably like 115 pounds. In grade ten I tried working out and I really liked it. I am now one year out of highschool and still working out all the time. I now weigh about 165 pounds with 5% body fat.
Why I Love It:
I love working out simply because you feel good about yourself when your in good shape. I always love seeing results from all of my hard work in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by friends i have that i work out with. Everyone knows there's those times when you get no results and you get frustrated and just wanna quit, but friends help you stay determined.
BB Accomplishments:
-Starting 3 years ago weighing only 115lbs, and now 3 years later weighing a solid 165lbs.
