Overall Goal: Get down to 8-9% bodyfat by November 14. Maintain or add a couple pounds of muscle mass in same time period.

17 weeks, 0 cheat meals. Real proud of that. Workouts are insane lately and strength is skyrocketing for some reason.

How I Started:
My dad showed me how to lift when I was 14 and then I researched a ton while in high school and devised my own routine/diet.
Why I Love It:
I like being one of the larger/stronger people in any given group of people.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train with my 2 brothers, I have to be the biggest and strongest to have any respect in my house. They both train very hard so I have to work even harder and diet harder to beat them.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing more than 60 lbs to get back in shape after getting really sick and not training for 2 years.
