Cyclng outside - if it is not too hot, too cold, too rainy, too anything.
down about 80 lbs and working hard for the next 10 or so.
Insanity / P90X - additional workouts during season,
Spin Class - As often as I can.
My real goal is to keep it off. FOREVER!
