How I Started:
I was too heavy and very disgusted with myself. Had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
Pushing past limits, lifting more than you ever thought you really could and then turning around and pushing past those boundaries... that's what working out is about to me. Continual improvement...constant pain... The satisfaction you get when you look in the mirror and see all the small changes your body is going through but no one else can see.
It also allows me to take out some of the days frustrations without hurting anyone and going to jail...LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
Others with similar goals or paths motivate me. Everyone on this ride to a better self inspire me
this is my right side after getting my blue belt in BJJ. I had to stop lifting for about a month to really attack BJJ, so there really isn't much change between my last pics and these... more change after the new year PROMISE

LOL....I am totally done w/ the soft batches for a while AND I didn't go through the whole month w/ no cheat foods. After 2 wks, I made Saturday my cheat day again, but I don't overdue it. I was pretty sick for the past 2 wks so my wkts suffered :o(. I'm good now though. How r u?
