I was too heavy and very disgusted with myself. Had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
Pushing past limits, lifting more than you ever thought you really could and then turning around and pushing past those boundaries... that's what working out is about to me. Continually improvement...constant pain... The satisfaction you get when you look in the mirror and see all the small changes your body is going through but no one else can see.
It also allows me to take out some of the days frustrations without hurting anyone or going to jail...LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
Others with similar goals or paths motivate me. Everyone on this ride to a better self inspire me
I've been trying to control my weight for a couple years now. I'm finally trying to take advantage of my body type(meso)... we'll see just how far I really can go
hahahaha i am already a sleepy person anyways so having no energy just crashes me big time :) there are two good ones to take source of life and alive... not the best tasting so just take it as a shot hahahaha
yes my energy got really low but then i went to the natural market and got this liquid multivitamin and my energy came back.. i was crashing on the couch at 7pm and could not even move.. it was crazy!!!

Yo, yo, yo...Yesterday I had 2 hav emergency oral surgery 2 extract 1 of my wisdom teeth do 2 absession and infection! Needless 2 say Dat my diet and workout schedule has suffered 4 da last 2 days. Dis wks progress pix may be disappointing. I do plan 2 hit HARD and STRONG once I know dat I'm in da clear. So given dat bit of info I still would like 2 have feed back GOOD or BAD when I do my weigh in and progress pix on Sunday! Keep up UR hard work so dat I will be envious of ur progress!
I've been so busy with work and applying to school that my workouts have taken a backseat, unfortunately. I will update as soon as possible. How are you doing??

Sup Chuck...Had a GREAT day 2day! Stayin FOCUSED & training HARD! Truthfully, I got n trouble w/bodyspace 4 da few racey pix dat I had on my site so I removed them. I hope dat u will continue 2 support me & follow up on my progress even though I will hav 2 kep my pix CLEAN from now on...I love having u as a friend & support system! I'll catch up w/ya later n da wk!
side note: LSU seems to have a an easy schedule..and most of their games are home games! So this may be a cake-walk into the BSC...Are u still overseas???
Training is going great..today is my off day but i'm xcited cuz its FOOTBALL all day today and I am in 1st place in my fantasy league!! I really hadn't talk alot about football on my page this season --its been all about getting back into shape and dropping da weight for good!!
