What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I started too young. I didnt really know what I was doing and ended up hurting my back. I thought it was normal and keept on lifting. Now my back is seriously hurt.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Dont give up. Working out goes from work, to difficult, to fun, to a hobby, to a life style and it is worth it in the end.
7am- 2 eggs, two pieces of corn bread, two toast, 4tble spoons of PB
10am- protein bar
12pm- PB and J sandwich, glass of milk, bag of baked chips
4pm- 2 servings of Muscle Milk w/ glass of milk
730pm- Fish or chicken breast w. veggy
9pm- bowl of low fat frozen...
