How I Started:
I started exercizing as a way to help kick a 2 pack a day cigarette habit.
Why I Love It:
Probably too much exposure to Marvel & DC comics in the late 60's. I was an avid reader.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm OCD. It's not a problem- motivation, that is. haha

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I run through my mind what day it is, ie. shoulder, back etc, and what exercises I'll be doing.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I've started taking Gaspari Superpump 250 and it is amazing stuff. I always thought I was good at focusing but this stuff takes me up a notch.

Last night I ate a pint of icecream topped w/ about a half a cup of chocolate sauce. Would this qualify as a 'cheat meal?'
