Overall Goal: I would like to bulk up my overall frame. I don't know that I want to be contest size. That may not be possible given my frame, but I would like to be a little larger overall

My Older Brother encouraged me and I was on the Wrestling team in high School. I was a 145lb. weakling until I started lifted. I gained 30 lbs and grew 5 inches between sophmore and junior year. Most people didn't recognize me the following year. After that I was hooked for a long time.
Why I Love It:
I actually hate it sometimes. It takes a tremendous amount of work and discipline, but I love the "pump" and I love the energy and the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tough question.... I worry about my health and I think about the fact that my Dad died very young with a heartattack. Then, I finish my chicken breast and brown rice and get up and go to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:

Goal (Long):
I am 36 and I would like to be in the best shape of my life. My goal is be be 220 lbs and less than 10% body fat. I also want to remain injury free because I have had multiple injuries from High School until now and I see the limitations injuries produce. I want to train smart and live healthier than I ever have.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

Why I like this video: I think that Charles is a phenomenal trainer just as he was a phenomenal athlete in his time. I want to learn from people that make a self-study of the sport of weight-training and fitness and have a great deal to offer. Very few people have the knowledge base that is required to not only train, but train intelligently and offensively. Charles Glass is the Mad Scientist of Weight Training. Just look at those Frankenstein Muscle Freaks!!!!!!!!
