My 10 week Green Beret training program in just under a month
I do PT in the morning for work, so they workout are always varied there, then i go to the pool almost every aftermoon before i knock off from work, which i use as a warmup for my gym workout in my own time. I use either the Crossfit Hero workouts from Crossfit.com or more recently, ive been using the workout program from Commando Steve. His combination of heavy weight, compound lift strength training with a crossfit style circuit afterwards in a great way to develop my overall strength, speed, explosive power, endurance and muscle-building cardio. I really like the system.
I start my 10 week Green Beret training course in november (I know, im from australia, but i want to give this program a go). I completed the australian SASR 13 week selection training program and i really like it and got a lot out of it, so i want to give this a go now!
