What's good lil homie. Just keep banging away and everything will fall into place. I've been lifting for years put it all came together for me this year. Stay consistent bro and motivated. We all have to start from somewhere....later

Hey man, to get bigger arms you just got to kill them. Do direct arm work, preacher curls, barbell curls, hammer curls, etc. Free weights and lift heavy. I never do any cardio or anything like that, I just lift heavy and my muscles right now burn the fat for me. Good luck! Don't ever give up or give in man.
Remember, I have been doing this a long long time. I weighed 165lbs when I was 18. Now I am almost 41 and about 230lbs. A little less than 3 lbs a year. Eat, eat and more eat. Train heavy and consistently. Finally you can't be less than 10% BF and pack on muscle. Need to get up around 12-15%. Otherwise your body won’t be able to build up the size you want.
Hey Joseph! Keep training hard, man. You're in better shape than I was at 18. Focus on keeping your workouts and nutrition consistent, get plenty of rest, and learn/apply as much as you can.
Fer sure bro. It takes alot of effort on some days and others you want to do too much lol. Staying consistent is the key to succeeding. Take it a w/o at a time and you'll do great.
Hate to say it. But it is all about the food, and lots of it. When I am back home try to eat 225 grams of beef, 225 grams of fish, and 225 grams of chicken. This is the uncooked weight so it isn't as much as it sounds. Lots of veggies, some fruits, and only complex carbs. Need to get that calorie count above 2,500...3,000 is even better. Avoid fried and processed stuff as much as possible!
Nothing different than everyone else has already told you. You have to get a great baseline first and start moving up or down from there. Just like the rest of these guys, I eat clean, stay away form junk unless its a cheat meal, and I train hard. BB.com is the best source of info out here today so you're in the right place.
It's all about how much you eat. Eat 500 calories above your maintenance and train hard. Make sure you gt 1.5g's of protein per lb, eat tons of oatmeal, and sweet potato, get some whey, eat cottage cheese before bed, eat egg whites throughout the day. You'll get big.
Thanks so much man. I Eat egg whites. I Eat 2-3 lbs of it a day throughout the day. You'll grow like mad. Some of my other favorites are Sweet Potatoes, Chicken, broccoli, cottage cheese, oatmeal.
