Goal (Overall):
My goal is to get my bodyfat percentage down to 8 - 10 % in the next six months, and try to keep as much of my muscle mass as possible.
Goal (Long):
By the middle of 2009 (June/July) I want to have a bodyfat percentage of 8 - 10%. I want to be lean, strong and cut. For now I don't care about size that much, that will come later. I want to be able to run 5 km. in less than 18. I want to be able to do 20 pull-ups or more. I want to be ably to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes or less. Most importantly, I want to be able to see my abs and look good naked.

I want to LOSE 6 kg

I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and we had very good results. Always believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing your progress.
