My goal is to get my bodyfat percentage down to 8 - 10 % in the next six months, and try to keep as much of my muscle mass as possible.
Goal (Long):
By the middle of 2009 (June/July) I want to have a bodyfat percentage of 8 - 10%. I want to be lean, strong and cut. For now I don't care about size that much, that will come later. I want to be able to run 5 km. in less than 18. I want to be able to do 20 pull-ups or more. I want to be ably to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes or less. Most importantly, I want to be able to see my abs and look good naked.
For months I have been punishing myself with 'healthy' food. Bland chicken breasts and oats. I hate oats. Oats isn't food. It's glorified cardboard. Sure, I lost some weight. Actually quite a bit of weight. But enough is enough! I love good food. Life is too short for oats. So, I'm trying a...
If knowing that someone is watching your progress helps motivate you then make sure you are aware that my wife and I will be checking your bodyspace every day to see how you are doing. We would like nothing better than to watch you succeed in achieving your goals. Stay focused , strong and determined and you will succeed.
I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and we had very good results.
