Get right for the beach and hopefully stay that way (or close to it).
Goal (Long):
I've made significant improvement since I first started lifting damn near 10 years ago. I didn't become really consistent until I went away to grad school. That was when I noticed the most improvement. I began reading bodybuilding.com and gained a lot of knowledge on fitness. Now I know what to expect when I make certain changes to my diet and training. My overall goal is to be around 200 lb and down to single digit body fat.

so this week, i think the only things i did different were abs for 3 days (mon, wed, fri), an extra day of cardio at a slightly intenser rate, and started taking dren. some how i managed to lose ~1 lb a day, so now i'm down to 192ish. this has to be a mistake...
What up? Long time no hear from. All is ok here. Making small progress here, seeing some weight gain; its been fluctating. how about there? get at me, peace!
