Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): looking for the perfect diet/training plan for weekend binge drinkers...
Goal (Long): I've made significant improvement since I first started lifting damn near 10 years ago. I didn't become really consistent until I went away to grad school. That was when I noticed the most improvement. I began reading bodybuilding.com and gained a lot of knowledge on fitness. Now I know what to expect when I make certain changes to my diet and training. My overall goal is to be around 200 lb and down to single digit body fat.

I worked too damn much. I let the alcohol go for the next few weeks to get my weight down anyway but having to work so much made it easy!
