Overall Goal:  I want to lose 15lbs by the end of summer...but i also want to make sure i keep it off!...pretty basic huh?...but the honest truth

this is me before deploying to iraq, i was caught off guard and once seeing the pic i horrified!...i really didn't think i looked like that, so that became my goal for my deployment...come home in better shape, and add some definition to my glutes.

In losing the weight i believe i will be more toned, I am already strong and have a some bulk for a female. Now i want to be able to show it off. I also want to decrease my 2 mile run time to the mid 14s, and be able to run a half-marathon!
