I have always been heavy. I was not athletic at all as a kid. I ballooned to 270 lbs around age 29. I finally got started down a better path by seeing a dietician. After losing 30 lbs, I joined a gym and have been working out ever since!

Hope your shoulder is doing better. Just got back from visiting Houston/Galveston and friends in Pearland on Saturday. League City now has a lot of stores it didn't have 10 years ago!
thanks man. After about 2 weeks of almost no improvement it actually felt a little better yesterday. I just want to get back at it. Doing legs twice a week is boring LOL. Thanks for the comments/.
Thanks Darren but those are 4 months old. Also it was just before surgery. I took those so I could get back to that point plus more. I'm giving myself until Christmas. Then keep it going.
awesome job with the weight loss! i know it is very difficult to continue to lose weight, but we are on our way to a newer and better us! congrats to you on all the hard work! keep it up!
