My body is messed up. I work both arms equally, but my right arm is 14.5" while my left is only 14". My right calf is 14.5", my left is 14". I work them equally. My right trap is WAY bigger than my left one for whatever reason (shitty genetics or whatever). Is pisses me off. Just wanted to share this with you.

I was pretty new at this point, and just worked out a little to try and get a little muscle. Slim and very skinny-fat. I weighed 155 lbs. at 5'11.
Taken a year after the second pic. Same pose, not a lot of difference. Crappy lighting, weigh 170 lbs. at 5'11. A little bit less skinny-fat. Arms went from 14 to 14.5.
Description: Arm Wrestling guy at my mom's work. This was on January 10, 2008. He is left handed, I am right handed. Last time we went was October, 2007, left handed, and it was pretty close.

LET ME REPEAT GRIPPERS DOES NOT WORK YOUR BICEPS, THEY WORK YOUR FOREARMS AND WRIST AND STRENGHTEN YOUR GRIP. mAYBE IF YOU TAKE OUT YOUR ANGER WITH DAVID ON YOUR NEXT REMATCH YOU JUST MIGHT BEAT HIM. YOU HAVE TO GET ALOT STRONGER IF YOU WANT TO BEAT DAVID HE IS GOOD AND HE KNOW HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ARM.
take armbenders advice and really work harder to build up your strenght and control. you can beat david next time. But unfortunaly David does make you appear weak. try my advice next time like i previously suggested. I only want to help you ok?
i would say gimmick. it is a great feat but come on...body weight will have a factor on your bench where as grippers shouldnt...you should get the #2 regardless of being able to close it. attempt it once a week. i am upto 20 reps with the #1 and still somedays i cannot close the #2...
it depends on his pulling style..if you want to prevent a hook, i like to keep my elbow directly across or straight from his and apply a lot of back and side..if i want to go into a hook i will offset mt elbow and press down with side..it all depends on what you want to do
at least you have a goal...its not good being the best all the time...beacuse there is ALWAYS someone better..you just havent met them yet..keep your sights on him and youll get him...start trying diffreent stuff...concentrate on what you were doing from the start to the end...even in the losing position...draw up a plan and execute it....
