It all happened when me n my friends got tired n bored being fat n run down. We sat foot on out campus gym n tear the place down..yeah!
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy, juggling between my studies and my gym. Being able to lift heavy loads of iron makes me feel accomplished.
Lastly, keeps me disciplined and able to focus more during lectures, except some =(
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends mostly, competing with each other to make the cleanest maximum gains after every 3 months. great way of pushing ourself to the next level. helL yeah! I bet none of us wanting to lose the iron game.
LOL! The only progress I have now is that I've lost weight! I've gained quite a lot of weight 2 months back, but after that, with the exams, I havent had time to have proper meals...
that tru man...mlaysian seldom body build. bila dia org sakit baru nak ingat kena workout..this month i'm not really active man coz fasting month. how about man??
Going great bro...juggling between university and my bodybuilding regime..
Have been putting pounds recently... more mass it seems but added some fats i guess.
hope u r doing well too.1 more month to bulk. maybe early september i ll cut. wanna get tthose 6 packs...try yea.
regards,
darren
LOL! I'm not ripped! I'm still really thin. You're doing great yourself! I just came back to Malaysia this month. Any idea how much a bottle of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein costs?
keep at it! looks like you are starting to make some gains..
