How I Started:
I got started when I first met my girlfriend at the time and we workded out together for a while then schedules got to difficult and trying to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
I love it because when you do workout it takes your mind away from everything and plus the reward of losing weigh and eventually getting healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay motivated by going everyday and doing what I have to do to reach my goals and stay healthy. When I reach my goal and feel comfortable with myself I plan on going into Law Enforcement.
For some reason I have the hardest time keeping goals that I set for myself. I don’t know if I am setting them too far out or am I just not doing what I need to make the goal. I am starting to think that I am not going to make any of my goals that I set. My last goal that I set for myself...

actually i ate more candy right before halloween..i think i am finally ready to be back on track..day 3 of cardio again and tmrw night is belly dancing again!!

i am liking the classes even better after last week..only problem is they r only every other week..but this week i have actually been practicing and i still look silly but am getting slightly better!!

Hey d sorry I have been mia lately..I am starting my comeback but am super stressed in everyday life right now but starting to see bluer skies ahead..couldn't sleep so I just got up and did 30 minutes of cardio so that's a start!! How r u and how is school??
Same here..I'm surprised I didn't come down with anything. I was sure my immune system would be down with all the training I've been doing. Keep it up hun!
