How I Started:
I got started when I first met my girlfriend at the time and we workded out together for a while then schedules got to difficult and trying to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
I love it because when you do workout it takes your mind away from everything and plus the reward of losing weigh and eventually getting healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay motivated by going everyday and doing what I have to do to reach my goals and stay healthy. When I reach my goal and feel comfortable with myself I plan on going into Law Enforcement.

For some reason I have the hardest time keeping goals that I set for myself. I don’t know if I am setting them too far out or am I just not doing what I need to make the goal. I am starting to think that I am not going to make any of my goals that I set. My last goal that I set for myself...
Frustration hits all of us..Just remember why you are doing this. Look at what you have done so far. Loosing 26 lbs and keeping it off is a great start. Keep your head in it, and the rest will follow. Nothing that has ever meant anything to you came easily, keep after it!
i am doing good mentally but havent totally gotten my training in order..but believe me the positive thoughts help tremendously..so dont get down on urself..u have so much going on right now!! big plans for thanksgiving for u??
did the weekend help refocus u at all?? i had way too much fun with friends..but it totally helped my stress level..so i am happy and out of my funk more..i wish u all the best always d!!
hoping to wake up with a better attitude and motivation level tomorrow..finally getting my diet under control yet lack the drive to get a decent workout in..hope u have a great weekend!!

awe d..when things get overwhelming..just remember baby steps..u can do it..and if u dont have time for the training..at least try to focus ur food..better ur food is the more clear ur mind will focus on all that studying!! i am back..2 cardio sessions and weights yesterday!!
