I have been working out really hard, but my weight went up because i decided to add wheat bread to my diet (bad move). So this is what I get a regression in my progress, but I guarantee that i will be back on my game in 2 weeks.

even through it is a 1 pound loss, it is a big one pound loss because i think i have plateued with weight loss, but i will contiue to work real hard to achieve my goal
