slight change in body fat, down a whole 0.05%, and yeah I am starting to see some things different on my body, pics will be up later today.

no more than 600 calories every 3 to 4 hour daily with a mix of 60% carbs 30% protien 10% fats, i have lost about 8lbs so far.

things are well, the training is going through sort of a metamorphis, 1 month its more resistance training and less cardio, then the next month its more cardio and less resistance, now its heavy cardio with resistance training, I quess I really want to get it tight and get it right for the summer.
