Man, just be patient. I know the feeling about excess fat going away but just remember that progress comes in spurts. You keep chugging away at it and then one week you're going to do a double take like "Where'd all these muscles and abs come from?"
Man, everybody says their diets suck. Its kinda hard changing it to be right whether you eat nothing but good or bad stuff. I say if you're doing about 90% well, then you're actually pretty good.
Ha ha, good thing you got the intense workouts though. If you get enough of those in (i'm talking like 10 hours a week), it might make up for the hard diet.
What are you trying to do anyway?
man that is awesome that you're seeing fat loss with that diet. 60% carbs, 30% protein, and 10% fats. I've never tried that or seen anyone else do it. What made you come up with that and what kind of carbs are these you're eating?
Ha ha, sometimes I feel like i'm trying too hard.
so you're changing up the training monthly huh? HHhmmmm, I know I try to make myself do something similar to that but its like every 8 weeks. I need to get myself a heavy resistance training/heavy cardio in but eh, I don't feel like it.
Any dietary changes?
Man, haven't heard a peep out of you in a while. How've you been?
Training for me. Eh, its still moving along steadily. Of course I wish the results would come faster but eh, patience is also a virtue.
