After my first child was born, I sat around on my ass for an entire month. When I went back to work, I noticed I looked like shit in my uniform and I vowed to never look like that again. So I hit the iron and havent looked back
Why I Love It:
It gives you a confidence that only the person within knows. Its up to you. nobody else. You get what you put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember the jokes of being to skinny in high school and being out of shape. It fuels me to want the perfect body. Being a bigger guy, people think you are just an iron head. Untrue, I am a very well rounded athlete. I love showing people up.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never competed. Thats my ultimate goal.
