I took this in Martch to really wake myself up. And boy did it work. All 136 pounds. UG...
the lighting is crappy. it was last night and the flash wasnt working right so i just had ambient light.
To go to the annual company beach party at my work and turn some heads.
Goal (Long):
I think reaching my fitness goal will help to bring confidence to not only my self image but on a psychological level of being able to take control of my life and reach set goals.
I have always been the chubby friend. and for the first time in my life I want to not be the sidekick to some other cutter girl. I want to be me and be proud of me in my own skin.
So here inlies the problem...I know where I came from, and know where I want to go. I now need help knowing how I'm going to get there. I don't feel like I have a very good support system. I'm 24, so everyone around me just wants to "party" all the damn time. I'm fairly new to this...
THank you for the add! You will get tons of support from me! And I will help answer any questions you might have. If I don't know I will find someone who does! I know that you will reach all of your goals! By the way, LOVE your eyes!!! :-)
Hey! Welcome to the site! How is your training coming along? If you need help with any of it feel free to PM me, especially if you're having questions what direction to take training wise.
You, as I almost a year before you, just happened to stumble onto this great site and have enjoyed every second that I have been here since. You will find folks of both sexes encompassing all different age groups willing to assist you in whatever capacity they are needed. There is also enough trustworthy information to guide you in whatever direction your aspirations take you. I wish you success in achieving your fitness goals & dreams.
My wife and I have both achieved body transformations and know where you are coming from. You can make your fitness goals & dreams come true, most likely sooner than you think. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
