Dear Lord!

Get me through these next six weeks w/o crashing and burning!
I still have the physique I cannot stand.

My birthday is coming in January! I want to have some progress photos of some sort!

So far my program is simple.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Legs and Abs!

Tuesdays, Thursdays and sometimes Saturdays.
Chest, Arms, Back, Shoulders.

Monday through-Sunday- some form of cardio for at
least 45 minutes.
Try to burn at least 500 calories per cardio-session.

Mhm. On the 21st July I wrote about realising that it wasn't about having that huge rush of adrenalin and (implying being like Rocky) but just getting out there and doing it "consistently" all the days I have planned to train. I tell you honestly, I credit this as the only reason I've managed to stick to this through the unmotivated weeks... hope you get out of the slump.
