Background

When I Started: Apr 2000
HOW I STARTED:

I have been exposed to sports/martial arts/exercise at a young age and thoughts about becoming highly fit has obsessed me. I started martial arts when I was 12. That's when I started strength training. But prior to that I have been enrolled in ballet which didn't really appeal me. I am into more active sports. After Karate I took up boxing and at the same time went to the gym. I was 15yrs old then - took up taekwondo after + gym - Took up karate + gym + wall climbing afterwards.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Because it is my passion and I just feel fascinated with the new information I gain. Bodybuilding/keeping your body in great shape is not easy; it needs further research/scientific knowledge and applying those to yourself and sticking to what works while finding ways to make you look better.
