How I Started:
i started working out at the end of my freshman year i was small and exagerated scrawny only weighed about 85lbs which changed to now about 118lbs entering junior year.
Why I Love It:
i love it cause its fun exciting meet new people do something new every day and obtain something new everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by watching others and wanting to keep on ahead of them
also with my favorite cartoon naruto shippuden =) cartoons never get old
BB Accomplishments:
my best accomplishments are
weight 85lbs to 115lbs+
biceps 7in to 13in and a half
chest grew abot 10in
lastly height grew as well but never kept track

Those are the best gains I have seen yet on this web site? But why no workout advice. What has worked best for you and what did not. If i could get half your gains in twice the time I would be really happy.
