Workout Program:
My program is based on being flexible , as well as keeping my strength in my legs and arms. I mix in with using my bodyweight as one training method, along with my weights, but also my condtioning I coach in football, basketball, and some water exercises.

I like trying to keep my workouts from being the same old thing. Thank God I can coach...lol
