Back in July of this year, I was ill . Very ill. So ill in fact, I nearly had a stroke. My life was in a spiral and I was feeling things I had not felt before. I wondered what was happening to me. I got diagnosed with HBP ( high blood pressure ) A part of my family history I found out...
My program is based on being flexible , as well as keeping my strength in my legs and arms. I mix in with using my bodyweight as one training method, along with my weights, but also my condtioning I coach in football, basketball, and some water exercises.
