Applied a lot of advice from bb.com members but made some mistakes in bulking too fast which made me gain some unwanted bodyfat but i guess the price was worth it with the increase in significant muscle mass. Trying to lose some fat (Malaysian food being extremely tasty and rather unhealthy is NOT helping, lol), not planning to be ripped or shredded but in shape and look big.

Hola Bola's 12 day rotation - gained quite a lot of muscle on this one; put on around 6kgs

Then, moved on to my customized workout for a while, but was overtraining because of my busy schedule and lack of sleep

Hi Darklight79.Just started this bodybuilding thing.25 years of living unhealthy now iam worry this getting fit stuff might kill me LOL.My son is lauhgfing at me whay should i do about that doctor?
