Overall Goal:  I will lose the extra weight and gain lean muscle mass so I can compete in the next 2 years!

Fit Status:  Took a little vacation from working out. But this tuesday I'm starting from scratch on a new work out regime and diet plan! Wish me luck!

Why not?!? Doesn't everybody? I love being able to do what most people are to lazy to do, or just can't.
How I Stay Motivated:
Becoming stronger and faster to protect the ones I love means everything to me. And striving to reach the next level.
BB Accomplishments:
550lbs seated back row. 150lbs standing straight bar curl. 5 pull ups with 225lbs on my waist. 535lbs seated dips, 10 reps. 390lbs on smith machine decline bench press. 250lbs on smith machine military press.
