if you have a hard time cutting....dont over exercise .... under eat.... I am learning that exericse will enhance bodyfat loss but only cutting yoru calories to the bar minimum will do the job. At my size... i have to cut down to abotu 1200-1400 cals a day to cut. My body type is what i...

Hey hey .. I'll go look up on the SlimExtreme. I have a bottle of Lipo 6 that i was planning on starting next Monday. i wanted to slowly get back into things this week before taking any boosters. Ok let me just give you the run down. I ate a bowl of oatmeal and a bannana and took the slim extreme. I was sleepy b4 I took it and wow I had a burst of energy all day. I tried to eat a salad with oil and vinegar for lunnch it didnt work I ate a fourth of the salad. half a cup of yogurt and a handful of grapes. My work out was the most intense workout Ive had in months. Wowwy wow wow. lol. I'm luvn it! I worked out for 2 1/2 hours doing legs and even felt good going up in my weight. You rock.
