My goal after completing my bold 200 cycle was to hit 200 pounds. Glad to say i've done it. Not sure if i want to gain more weight to 220 or start shedding the bodyfat off. Think ima shed

This is me at 175. Yeah i did achieve my goal but now I have a new goal and thats to get to 190 in about 3-4 months. So i've been bulking up and once I hit 200 or 210 I'll start cutting
