How I Started:
Well it all started when my school finally decided to put me in weight training. I've been applying to get that class since I was a freshman in 2000, and finally becoming a senior I was placed in weight training. So thats where it all started...the beginning of my transformation
Why I Love It:
Keeps you motivated and dedicated to a "sport" that consumes your life. Not only does it make you look good, but the health affects as in eating clean and healthy impacts your life both physcially and mentally....and plus I don't want to look sloppy when I get older lol
How I Stay Motivated:
By subscribing to my favorite muscle magazine, Planet Muscle and reading the great articles and inspiring feedback knowing that with constant motivation, dedication, and hard work you can achieve whatever goal you have your mind set on, and that there is always room for improvement...a never ending battle to perfection

Meeting my goal. And that was becoming very fit and "ripped" in a short period of time.

My goal after completing my bold 200 cycle was to hit 200 pounds. Glad to say i've done it. Not sure if i want to gain more weight to 220 or start shedding the bodyfat off. Think ima shed
