Darlington High Attended 1996 to 1999 Darlington, South Carolina United States
When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
I used to work out heavily back in the Navy, my friend got me hooked on it. We really hit it hard, got on a great diet, were taking supplements and loading up on protein. I gained a ton of muscle and was very fit for a few years. But I lost track of myself over the past half a decade and just got myself back into it in April of 09.
Why I Love It:
It's fun, it's cleansing, I enjoy the feeling you get when your body responds and you feel the energy of truly being alive. It's really soothing and exciting at the same time, I absolutely love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about my family. My Mother died at 31, so I have always tried to take care of myself. I slipped for a while, but I want to remain healthy for my Wife and future children. And for myself. So I just think of them.
BB Accomplishments:
None, I am really just a novice. I am just learning this stuff as I go, still making a lot of newbie mistakes. But I am staying with it.
This is me about 3 weeks into my refit, after a loss of about 5 lbs and was just starting to tone up. Still have a long way to go. Sorry for the silly head, it was done when I posted this on another site.
To change everything. I want to get into the best shape of my life. I want to lose the fat, build muscle, and turn it all around.
Goal (Long):
First, the primary goal is to burn fat. I'm lifting weights as well, in hopes of building muscle and aiding in the fat burning. I'm doing a ton of cardio as well. Once I get the majority of my fat down, get my weight back to normal levels.. I will start building bulk. I want to have a body that is not only healthy but as strong as it can be. I want to be every bit of the man my body will allow me to become.
Just seeing how he transformed himself is inspiring, but he also continues to inspire through his videos and his dedication to helping others reach their own goals.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Superpump 250, I take it Pre WO.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Either bad form or they overtrain. You have to pay attention to your form and you cannot let your ego pile the weights on, you have to do what you can and not try to throw up 3 times more than you can actually lift.Either bad form or they overtrain. What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Loose windbreaker pants and a loose black shirt. Because I want to be comfortable, I'm not there to show off or to try and look flashy.
A few days ago I went to a veterans day celebration at my Wife's workplace, a nursing home. It was just a quick drop off before hitting the gym, but I wanted to show my support for my fellow veterans and say hello to the Wifey. Later, when she got home she said that one of her...
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose a significant amount of weight and look better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all your fitness dreams. Stay strong, focused and determined
No probs man, it's gonna be awesome to see you progress along buddy! You are doing great and have the right attitude, I would say that's about 90% of the toughest part. Of course there's dieting LOL. Dave
