How I Started:
A Couple of years ago I weighed in at 225 to 235 pounds. Through healthy eating and working out I got down to 170 pounds. I have weighed 184-189 for about 18 months now and want to get into a little better shape.
Why I Love It:
I can clear my mind when I am there, I don't have a cell phone on me, no interruptions, its just me and the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
The prospect of how I could look one day.

I want to gain some more muscle mass and trade in some of the fat I have so I can feel better and look better.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be "big" and"ripped" so when people see me there is no question that I spent time to get into the shape I am im. I am not in horrible shape, but I can get in better shape. My ideal target goal would be around 200 to 205 with a body fat of 10%.
I also work hard at everything I do, that makes it tough to find time for the gym at times. BDUBdiesel seems to have found the way to balance his fitness goals with work and I hope I can look like this one day!
I have a "Fitness" cookbook, also Mens Health has good recipes. Other than that I am usually making my own recipes.

Be creative, there is not a right or wrong in cooking... You will make something every once in a while that you will not like but its always a learning experience. What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I do not have a sweet tooth. I don't crave ice cream or chocolate or anything. I do occasionally have a popsicle (cherry or orange flavored).
