Milan High School Attended 1980 to 1984 Milan, Michigan United States
When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
Have been working on and off most of my life...started in High School
Why I Love It:
the way I feel after a workout and the added energy level I have day to day
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering the sluggish feeling I used to have, having to drink a pot of coffee just to get started back then..the difference between then and now is staggering
BB Accomplishments:
none yet..but hopeful in the next 5 yrs to possibly enter a masters competition
Long term, to really slim down then replace it with muscle and develop a nice "V shape"
Goal (Long):
I have been heavy most of my life, I was left out of activities when I was a child, I have always wanted a body I woould be proud of, to be able to walk shirtless at the beach and not be ashamed of the way I look,This lifestyle is already affecting relations with my wife ( they are much better) and will continue to do so as I continue to do so....main goal, to have even a slight glimmer of a six pack come next summer 2010
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Spice is the variety of life,I love hot and spicy foods anyway....use alot of Mrs Dash extra spicy, cayenne pepper ( great Thermogenic as well), also, lemon and lime juice marinades as well

Where do you mainly workout?
Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
My schedule is so varied, especially when I am on call. I can always fit a workout into my day this way
Well it is November 1 and upon my last visit to my Doctor I noticed I had gained 4 Lbs. after loosing 50 total since April 09. She suggested that maybe my body had adjusted to the diet and I really cannot lower my calories anymore or risk loosing Muscle Mass...I had already taken my cardio...
D - Thank you for the vote of confidence with the Inspiration vote. Seems like you have accomplished alot as well. Stay consistent with cardio, weights and diet and you'll do great, you really do need to focus on all three. Keep in touch. clc.
