When I Started: Sep, 2007
How I Started: After gaining some weight and seeing our vacation pictures from the beach, I realized I needed to do something about the extra squish. I’ve been working out for a little over a year but in January I got in serious mode.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it makes me feel powerful. I love going to the gym for lifting, running and getting sweaty. I think for a woman to be thin is nice thing but to be defined and toned is super hot!
How I Stay Motivated: When I think “I don’t want to get out of bed to workout” I picture those horrible “Fat girl” pics of myself at the beach. I want to be envied!

wt i know about these scales that they r not very accurate in measuring the BF since they use the water % in ur body, i.e. when u drink a lot of water u ll see diff results!!! try to use wt is called "Body Fat Calipers", these r the most accurate tools in measuring the BF, but u need to practice how to use it!!! speaking of us scale, at what time do u use the scale???

was just talking with DeborahAnn about never seeing fat people by a pool i think its got to do with the clorine takes the fat off... I think i'll spend the whole next weekend in my pool to find out hope it works (just kidding) but realy not alot of fat people by the pools? you think?
