Decided to get back in shape for my career in the military. Wanted to have a better body for looks and performance. Maintain a healthier lifestyle and to perform better in sports.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to get my mind off of anything that is bothering me that day. A way for me to relax and focus on what is real and set some time aside for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just look at the progress I have made from pictures of myself. Mainly the 30 pounds I lost from just eating different. Proved I could do anything I set my mind to. I just give it my all.
BB Accomplishments:
Still working towards my major gains muscle wise so hopefully I will update this within the next month.
