Background
I started with lifting weights and doing aerobics about 4 days a week. I started in weight watchers with some of the girls at work, once I lost the majority of the weight I decided I need to work toward a leaner body.
I can't say I Love working out but it is a necessary part of my life to stay in shape and be healthy and I make it a priority.

Back and abs
4 sets of each exercise: 12,10,8,6 reps
deadlifts
stability ball reverse flyes
stability ball back extensions
barbell pullovers
ABS
3 sets of 20-25 reps
bench tuck ups with 6 pound ball
side extensions with 6 pound ball
lying leg raises
stability ball sit ups
30-40 minutes on elliptical
Tuesday:
Shoulders, Triceps and abs
4 sets of each exercise: 12,10,8,6 reps
military press
lateral raise
tricep extension
close grip bench
same abs
40 minutes on treadmill
Wednesday:
Chest, Biceps and abs
4 sets of each exercise: 12,10,8,6 reps
bench press
dumbbell flyes
bicep curls
hammer curls
same abs
30-40 minutes on elliptical
Thursday:
abs and cardio only
40 minutes on treadmill
Friday:
Legs and abs
4 sets of each exercise: 12,10,10,10 reps
squats
leg extensions
leg press
calf raises (20 reps)
same abs
Usually do cardio depending on how my legs feel.
30-45 mins on elliptical.
Saturday:
OFF
Sometimes do cardio (running outside)
Sunday:
OFF
Change exercises every 6 weeks, ab exercises every week
I get bored on the treadmill so I try to switch it up with the elliptical every other day. Sometimes I run 3 days and do the elliptical the other two. Just depends on the week.
