How I Started:
I started working out for football when I was 16 and I got good results from it. It sort of became an addiction to me and I loved working out and I loved the way it made me look and feel. I'm getting smarter as time goes on about all the critiques but Ive still got a long way to go.
Why I Love It:
Its not just a sport, its a way of life. Anyone can just play a sport and be decent at it. To be a bodybuilder requires an incomprehensible amount of dedication, heart, blood, sweat, and tears. Its 100 percent you vs you and thats why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I turn to guys like Randy Couture, Ronnie Coleman, and Arnold Schwarzenegger to stay motivated.

I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days.Check out the new tat.. and my jornal too I put good stuff in there .

hey, dude....had some surgery on one of my ankles (so not too bad..but had to lay in my bed some weeks) but now everything is fine and training is running superb =)..
thanx man ..train is going quite ok...had been in the hospital some weeks ago...so couldnt train that much as i wanted..but now im trying my best...whats up with u? everything ok? hows your train going?!

Hi there kid..just a quick note that I'll get back to you on the new pics next week. Just had emergency eye surgery two days ago and not allowed to stay on comp for more than 15 minutes and have a few people to advise I'll get back to all of them next week sometimes.
