I started working out for football when I was 16 and I got good results from it. It sort of became an addiction to me and I loved working out and I loved the way it made me look and feel. I'm getting smarter as time goes on about all the critiques but Ive still got a long way to go.
Why I Love It:
Its not just a sport, its a way of life. Anyone can just play a sport and be decent at it. To be a bodybuilder requires an incomprehensible amount of heart, blood, sweat, and tears. To be successful you have to transform yourself into a work of art, so in a sense bodybuilders are artist and thats why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I turn to guys like Randy Couture, Ronnie Coleman, and Arnold Schwarzenegger to stay motivated.

This was taken when I was first starting out. I was 235 with too much bf. My arms were also way out of proportion to the rest of my body.
Hi there kid..just a quick note that I'll get back to you on the new pics next week. Just had emergency eye surgery two days ago and not allowed to stay on comp for more than 15 minutes and have a few people to advise I'll get back to all of them next week sometimes. Take care and have a great weekend. Andre
Losing BF and gaining definition. Upper back has more definition, traps standing out more and also noticing peaks starting on arms where on old identical pic there were none.Must have lost around the waist also because lats looking better. Andre
Gr8 physique! Ever thought of buzzing your hair back and sides and blending it in with the top. It would look awesome! Go for it, man!
