guest hey dude, i gotta say your page really speaks to me, i think we have alot in common, i ran track senior year in h.s. and my best times before my knee bgot messed up were 4:59 mile and a 2:08 800m i am struggling without the h.s. environment to get back to running. and i also am all about being pound for pound strong, hope all is well and keep it sub 5 min.! :-) Jan 16, 2011 6:32pm
