To relieve stress after patrols and missions..something to just calm me down...And now that im back im working even harder

Man, i dont know i have already pass my major accomplishment...i started at 148 and my goal was to just gain 17 lbs of hard muscle...i now weight in at 177 so i dont know.....

Basically just to gain some weight was my overall goal....but i surpass everything i was trying to accomplish...

i want to gain like 20 more pounds...dont really wanna compete just look good....right now im surfing some of the pictures on this site and i can see i have a long way to go...so now im going for the perfect body, which should take the rest of my life..isnt that great i will never achieve perfection so i guess i have to die trying is that awesome lol..YES

Man i had a great time in FL, all missions exceeded standards and i had a lot of free time to workout, sit in the jacuzzis and pool. i just ate whatever i wanted and that's not good.
