Man, i dont know i have already pass my major accomplishment...i started at 148 and my goal was to just gain 17 lbs of hard muscle...i now weight in at 177 so i dont know.....

This was the beginning, i was confident in myself, but just wanted to be fat for once lol..i knew i couldnt gain weight, but muscle was a different story..so bb.com come on this beautiful journey with me and lets see how far we can go.....

Man i had a great time in FL, all missions exceeded standards and i had a lot of free time to workout, sit in the jacuzzis and pool. i just ate whatever i wanted and that's not good. Hey Big Guy, enjoy your Easter weekend. I haven't been in the gym all week! Had a PT test Tue (284- pretty good for an ol' Soldier)and been workin hard all week preparing for TDY end of next week down in FL, (maybe I can pull the shirt off a time or two) then VA. I'm Stressed!!!!Holla back

Bro, been at if on and on since '90. Admire guys that don't let anything get in the way of consistent workout. My job with Uncle Sam has me traveling a lot and It's hard to keep a schedule like that ... and I've had some family issues that have taken me away from the gym.
