How I Started:
I just got sick of being so skinny. Decided to do something about.
Why I Love It:
I like being able to challenge and push myself. I also really enjoy the atmosphere at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site really helps me stay motivated. Seeing my progression and other people sharing thier success makes me work harder.

200 lbs! Took me almost 2 years but I gained over 40 lbs

Finally hit 200 lbs at about 14% bf. starting to cut with goal of 8% bf

I fell off track about a year ago and have really let myself get out of shape. I went from 7% bf to about 15% and lost about 10 lbs in the process. My goal is to get back on track and gain the weight back while dropping bf.
