How I Started:
I actually started lifting weights when I was in the Army. Off and on for about 7 years I lited weights but never really focused on body building, until one of my friends, who is the strongest guy I know, got me more focused. That was around Mar 06 and I progressed alot for a few months. However, I got out of the Army in July 06. Needless to say I wasn't working out as before and from Jul 06 to about Feb 07 I gained 30 pounds. I gained body fat and lost a lot of muscle weight.

My goal is to lose my love handles and have a six pack so I can show it off to the ladies.
Goal (Long):
Ever since I was a young I always pictured a muscular self. I was(and still am) a big fan of video games. In those games with create a player option, I always created myself with a muscular physique and a goat tee. I think now I am more focused to actually achieve something similiar to the way I potrayed myself in video games. The goal is to create a healthier lifestyle. Have a V type upperbody. Big Arms, Big Chest, Big Shoulders, Big Traps and a Six pack. My lifting goals is to bench 250lbs by the end of Nov '09. I would like to be at 15% body fat by the end of the Nov '09.

Well, I haven't updated this thing in awhile.  As the non blogs are evident of that.  The last pictures I posted I believe I was about 175.  Three months after that I went up in weight to about 205lbs.  It was not all muscle either.  haha.  Thats basicaly the reason i stopped logging...
