How I Started:
I originally got started bodybuilding to look good for my wedding. From there it turned into a love and a passion.
Why I Love It:
The pure feeling you get after burning your body out when there is nothing left and you can't move and all the sensations that your muscles feed you. Also the growth that comes overtime gives a great sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the benefits and the gains I am making. Also, I know that it will help inspire my baby boy when he gets older.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 1 1/2 inches on my biceps in about a year.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled muscles in back and neck. Take it easy on that part for a while.

Well, I finally made it through week 8, the end of the reload phase. YEAH! I can already feel the changes. The ability to lift more solid and heavier, the drive is back with a passion. It's just amazing!
