Could not fit in to my jeans with out breathing in :) I used to go gym on and off so i am trying to go on a regular routine
Why I Love It:
Love how it makes me feel and how my muscles ache after it is done for the day.

This is the hard bit but i normaly look at my beer belly and that gets me of my butt.

If I have one piece of advice to give anyone it's to eat clean, and do NOT give up no matter how hard it is. Every skipped cookie is worth the end result so keep at it!

Gotta love the X box haha. I went to Egypt, nice break from training, changed things up ith training yesterday, got my ass kicked lol, to much booze on hol! Also found out im more than likely going to be made redundant, so time to re-evaluate a few things. You training today?

yeah, its gone really crap!! Had my shake, i'll be like crank in about 10 mins, so wont take me long to get there lol
