I do sets of 20-15-20-6-20 without rest just one exercise per small muscle and fro big muscle i do 2 per each. i work a lot with isometrics and the most important is that i love what i do!!!!!!!

your progress looks good; at this time we must be focus on the STAGE'S REQUIRMENTS....from my perspective we need to be concentrated on the form and no too much on the WEIGHT WE LIFT.
I agree that you can include the record you get during my assesment into this site.
