christicalderon Hi Dan, Sorry I haven't been on a while. Gained two pounds in the past month. Was on vacation in Ecuador. Had a blast. Went para sailing and went up a mountain. christicalderon Dan your chest is really tightening up! Whatever your doing is really working. I have been so bad with diet these past few weeks and exercise. I just have not been myself. I've been sick and have not felt like eating. I even tried buying Burger King or Dunkin Donuts and that tasted bad. Hopefully, next week will be a better week for me. christicalderon CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! You rock. I have been trying to get under 200 lbs for a while. I know I am definitely going to celebrate when I get there. Celebrated today for a 35 lb lost in 3 months for my Get Fit Challenge. Have a good chance of being the winning woman of my gym for a year membership. Just posted my recent picture on my progress photos. You look better now than when you were 14lbs lighter. Keep at it and building that muscle. christicalderon Thank you Dan! How are you? I am in a challenge that goes on the weight instead of the bodyfat percentage. Bodyfat wise I am doing excellent. Really shedding some pounds on a low carb diet. Let's see what Sunday brings. Then I can concentrate on losing body fat again and gaining some muscle and strength. Oct 10, 2012 10:27pm

hardballer11 Thanks for the comment. Two years ago i peaked at about 210 lbs. I decided to make a change and with a little bit of hard work and dedication anything is possible.
