Background
I have been lifting on and off for ten years. In my teens and early twenties, I use to train in MMA, and played Baseball, wrestled. From 24-27 I did nothing in regard to fitness, but I missed everything it gave me as far as confidence, feeling big and looking big, so I began training in MMA again and started to lift, but in late 2008, I had injuries of the past that caught up to me. So in March of 2009, I had my left shoulder repaired. It has been a long progress, all of my goals were pissed away for another year. I have been back to hitting the gym like a CRAZY MAN for the last 4 months, and have gotten most of my strength back[except bench]!!!! But I have very very important goals for 2010, and I am going to go through hell to achieve everything I want!
For me its all about being fit, being able to roll with others while training, being able to look at yourself and say, WOW YOU ARE DOING IT!
