johnnr Main advice from what I learned; don't be afraid to step away from your "norm" routine. I was a LA Fitness Gym rat for years. Finally, I changed my health overall by stepping up my workouts....a cross-fit type gym...minimal weights, INSANE cardio and plyo. Aug 13, 2012 12:37am
