b1garm Well what I do is limit my reps to 4-6 reps and do about 6 sets for each exercise, I would stick with dumbbells b/c they will get u bigger faster. Go heavy on weight this will put the most size on yah. My workout for the week I do is mon is chest tues is back wed is traps and shoulders and thurs is bicep and tricep and sun is legs.
