thanks for the comment dude im working hard takes so long thou gr8 work on ur half thou u have come a long way keep doin wot ur doin dude! as for the protien i just take a muscle gain shake with milk 40mins b4 i train 4 times a week but i have put on like a stone since past 2 months not sure wots goin on lol take it easy

dude i need serious help on my chest u got any help for me maybe im doing some thin wrong but it doesnt seem to b change in . how long did it take for u to go from flat chested till u had some thin to show for it?

hey dude thanks for lettin me add u as a friend im gettin some pics up today when i go the gym so look out for them i was hope in for some advice from you cos you have the frame i want just top half im not to botherd bout legs just waist up i wud like to look like u some day so im hope in u cud help me out and perhaps make sure im doin the right training thanks danny
